Prior to beginning your credit consultation/education and document processing services with Lawson Financial Consultants, you will sign a client agreement along with the following:

4. Credit Restoration Service Agreement
5. Client Obligations & Agreements Disclosure
6. Limited Power of Attorney
7. Right of Cancellation Notice
8. Acceptance of Service Acknowledgment
9. Authorization for Recurring Direct Payment Form
In return, for the services above, you agree to pay the fees as outlined in your client agreement. You have the right to cancel your contract for any reason within 3 business days from the date you signed the client agreement form. Just send written Lawson Financial Consultants a notice as outlined in your client agreement. Our contact information can be found on the website and is outlined in the agreement.
It is understood that we offer credit information. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information and to clearly explain your options. However, we do not provide legal advice (i.e.; the application of the law to your individual circumstances). For legal advice, please consult an attorney.
If, after six (6) months of service, COMPANY fails to help CLIENT remove/correct ANY inaccurate, unverifiable, misleading, or obsolete data from CLIENT’s credit file, then CLIENT may request a full refund of all monthly service fees paid, granted such results are in no way due to the non-cooperation or breach of contract on CLIENT's behalf which may have either delayed or completely crippled CLIENT's progress; AND granted that it has been proven that such results are, either in whole or in part, due to the negligence of LAWSON FINANCIAL CONSULTANTS LLC. CLIENT must complete a full six (6) months of service in order to qualify for this service guarantee refund and must also allow a minimum of two (2) weeks for COMPANY to complete a thorough investigation into CLIENT’s claim. CLIENT is also entitled to a full month’s credit of his monthly service fee in the event COMPANY fails to perform said services as outlined under Section 1.1 of this Agreement. If CLIENT has not yet paid his service fee for that month, he will receive a credit to his account for the monthly service fee. If he has already paid his monthly service fee, he/she will receive a credit to his/her account on the following monthly invoice. However, COMPANY will not provide refunds of any service fees charged to CLIENT’s account subsequent to services being rendered.
CLIENTS OF LAWSON FINANCIAL CONSULTANTS MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT, WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION, WITHIN THREE DAYS AFTER THE DATE THE CONTRACT IS SIGNED. IF YOU CANCEL, ANY PAYMENT MADE BY YOU UNDER THIS CONTRACT WILL BE RETURNED WITHIN TEN BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF RECEIPT BY THE SELLER, LAWSON FINANCIAL CONSULTANTS OF YOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE.
